We do tax.

Tax preparation and planning, built to make life easier.

We prepare it. We explain it. We illustrate the choices. We plan for what comes next. Level 3 makes tax a clear, organized part of better decisions for professionals, business owners, partnerships, and families.

Tax is what we do

Your tax return should be accurate. Your tax relationship should do more.

Level 3 begins with dependable tax preparation, then uses what we learn to organize the facts, explain the result in plain English, and identify decisions that deserve attention before another year is over.

For a professional, business owner, partner, or family, tax touches income, entities, compensation, benefits, retirement contributions, major purchases, cash flow, and important life changes. We bring those facts into one clear tax conversation.

We aim for a 10-out-of-10 service standard: responsive communication, thoughtful preparation, practical planning, clear next steps, and a client experience that makes life easier—not more complicated.

The Level 3 Tax Plan

Where preparation, planning, and real life come together.

Your tax plan begins with a dependable return, a clear understanding of where you are, and honest conversations about what should happen next. It gives tax preparation, business activity, family decisions, and important deadlines one shared direction.

01

An accurate foundation

Organized facts, complete reporting, and careful preparation that show what happened and reveal the questions that matter.

02

A year-round cadence

Reviews timed around estimates, business results, compensation, benefits, entity decisions, retirement contributions, and tax deadlines.

03

Plain-English guidance

Clear explanations, documented priorities, and practical next steps that make tax easier to understand and act upon.

A secure place for tax information

Private tax documents belong in the client portal—not ordinary email.

Level 3 uses TaxDome for secure document exchange, client communication, signatures, and other confidential activity. TaxDome reports that it is SOC 2 Type II certified and uses encryption for information in transit and at rest. Clients can also use multifactor authentication for additional account protection.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, financial statements, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through ordinary email, public website forms, or telephone messages.
